The "DFT-3" is a digital float-type tide gauge that transmits the up-and-down movement of a float floating on the water surface to a pulley via a wire, allowing for the observation of tide levels based on the rotation angle of the pulley. Observation data is output to both a compact flash card and digital output. Since it is recorded in ASCII format, transferring and analyzing the observation data is easy. Aerial Launch Type Wave Tide Gauge "WE-3002 Model"

Direct measurement of the distance to the water surface! Direct observation of wave surface fluctuations, including tidal variations.

The "WE-3002 type" is an airborne launch wave height and tide gauge installed in ports, coastal areas, and on offshore work vessels, designed to measure and monitor sea conditions (wave height, tide level) over long periods. It emits microwaves towards the water surface and detects the frequency difference of the microwaves reflected and returned from the water surface to measure wave height (FMCW method). Additionally, the detection unit measures the wave surface without coming into contact with seawater (non-contact measurement), eliminating concerns about the attachment of marine organisms, and daily maintenance work is unnecessary. 【Features】 - Directly measures the distance to the water surface, allowing for direct observation of wave surface fluctuations, including tide level changes. - Not affected by temperature, atmospheric pressure, or wind, eliminating the need for temperature (sound speed) correction. - Specially designed and manufactured to be capable of measurement during whitecap formation and adverse weather conditions (dense fog, heavy rain). - Installation can be easily performed offshore (in the air) without the need for underwater work by divers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
